Campaign: “Touching Tomorrow Today”



The New Springfield Church of God in New Springfield, Ohio contacted Russ Priddy in the fall of 2012 about being our consultant to address the need for a new capital funds campaign in our church. We were currently halfway through our bond program but did not currently have any pledges to meet our obligation to our bondholders.

Russ came up to Ohio to meet with our stewardship committee to discuss our options. It was very apparent from the very beginning that Russ loved what he was doing, he was a man of God and was very knowledgeable about the different options that may be available to us. Russ recommended a 3 year stewardship campaign and our council approved the “Touching Tomorrow Today” campaign.

Russ came up to train our leadership team at the end of September and we concluded a 6 week campaign on November 18t h with our celebration Sunday. Our financial results were absolutely beyond our wildest imaginations, but more importantly the campaign was able to draw our church together because of the structure provided by Russ and his many years of experience of consulting on different campaigns as well as his many years as a pastor.

Overall, we would highly recommend Russ Priddy to any church looking for Godly council in the area of stewardship and finances.
