In the fall of 2018, I felt the impression that we needed to begin an initiative to retire the mortgage on the church real estate while fully engaging as much of the congregation as possible.

The timing was just right as we had just completed our construction project and financing. I shared with Russ Priddy what I was sensing and he came and met with me and my team and we tailored a capital campaign program that was designed for our church culture.



To our pleasant surprise, the campaign exceeded our expectations and the participation from the congregation was more than we could have asked.
